1º Trainers Assistant Level has a total of 36 accumulated hours. This level is basically honorary as it does not allow independent teaching, but it does allow coordination with a trainer.

2º Monitors Level has a total of 108 accumulated hours. To obtain this level one must complete the entire course and pass the corresponding exam if the Master or the Trainers consider you are qualified to sit the evaluation and if you have the requirements that are expressed in the conditions of the activity.

3º Instructors Level with a total of 324 accumulated hours. This is only for Monitors. To obtain this level you must complete the lecture hours and pass the corresponding exam if the Master or the Trainers consider you are qualified to sit the evaluation and if you have the requirements that are expressed in the conditions of the activity.

The Vidya (discipline) of Classic Yoga (Yoga Dharshana) is developed gradually in the different Training levels within the following topics:

- Yoga Sastras ( darshanas);
- Hatha Vidya
- Ayur Yoga

The Vidya (discipline) of Vyayam is developed gradually in the different Training levels within the following topics:

- Stula Vyayam: Asana Vidya
- Sukshma vyayam: Dynamic Vyayam
- Karana Vyayam: Kundalini Yoga

Even when both the Vyayam and Yoga courses are realized separately, in reality for the trainer, be it a monitor or professor, they are not really separate in the protocol of personal learning and teaching, as Vyayam is part of Yoga and appropriate Teacher Training in Raja Yoga is essential once Vyayam has been accessed and learnt, as Vyayam cannot exist without Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda.

In an operative field, at the moment of setting up programs and classes, Vyayam trainers “find themselves” having to mix with yoga practitioners and with yoga teachers and should be more than sufficiently prepared to know about Ashtanga Yoga (Hatha and Raja Yoga) in all its practical and philosophical dimensions, this is why Vyayam Yoga training should be connected with classic Yoga training, Ayurveda, Samkhya-Tantra, Sanskrit, Vedanta and Sanatana Dharma Shastras: Yoga Sutra, Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads, Brahma Sutras.

A Yoga trainer, independently of their level as a monitor, instructor, professor or master, should be very well prepared A well prepared Vyayam trainer is admired and respected and presents Vyayam more easily and in an elevated way.

The Teachers Training process has improved and evolved to a higher and more perfect level, which is essential to be able to obtain a higher Adhikara inside the trainer’s level which is combined with a complementary certificate in Ayurveda or other times in Yoga, Tantra, Vedanta or sometimes in Sanatana Dharma.

The learning procedure of the course includes Karma Yoga in the form of Udyoga (due collaboration) in diverse maintenance chores that are included within the course hours.
The monks as well as the students participate in the execution of these chores, which are:

- setting the table
- clearing the table
- clearing the kitchen
- cleaning the bathroom/s
- cleaning the temple/practice room
- sweeping. Cleaning the external living area in Yoga House
- helping with meal preparation

Registration Acceptance

The educative committee and/or the administration of the Vaidika Vidyalaya, the governing body that regulates the activities programs, can according to its criteria, accept or reject the admission of a petitioner, and the right to admit and exclude are reserved.

Charging and refunds policy

In the case of the activities that require a paid registration, once the registration is complete, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances nor will it be exchanged for another activity whatever the personal reasons may be.

In exceptional circumstances, and in the case that someone decides to voluntarily abandon the course or activity or they contract another type of activity and decide not to start the course, then a 30% refund of the amount paid will be returned within 48 hours of the received payment.

The whole amount will only be refunded in the case that an application has been rejected once it has been formalized or the program is suspended before commencing. If the activity has already begun and the program organization decides to unsubscribe a registered participant for whatever reason, the amount paid will be returned, discounting the proportional part of the days already consumed, and the same will happen if the organization cancels an already initiated program. The registration amounts will be refunded in a time of no more than 15 days.

Course Organization

The Organization reserves the right to develop the courses, seminars, programs etc. in the way it sees most convenient, and reserves the right to change teachers, timetable, location of classes and the course content, being obliged to inform the students of these changes as long as they are not made due to any exceptional cause like a greater force or by chance.

The students will be informed in the case the Organization decides under exceptional circumstances to suspend a program that has already begun, except in the case that the cancellation is due to a greater or assimilated cause.
